CrossOver is a plugin to split an incoming signal into several (at most 4) frequency ranges.
It can be used to build your own multiband effects within a modular (sub)host environment. By using only 2 bands, you can also create bass-effects. These are effects which (counterintuitively) keep the low frequency range dry and affect only the high frequency range. The band-splitting is done by complementary pairs of Linkwitz-Riley lowpass/highpass filters, the slope of which is adjustable between 12 and 96 dB/oct. For configurations with more than 2 output bands, the signal is first split into 2 bands (low and high) and then the low or high or both bands is/are split further, thus the splitting is done in a hierarchical manner.

What kind of routing problems do you have guys? Works fine for me. You need to setup routing. I do in FL studio. So it's easy in there. Just go inside plugin options - processing - make 1,2,3,4 in outputs, then send to 4 more channels. Also remove the current channel from master send. I am sure it's easy to make in other DAWs if they have multi-channel output. P.S. 4/5 because has phase distortion
I don't know how to make it work. There's no difference in tone in mono or stereo. What do I need to do?
Can someone contact the designer about the routing options. I would like to use this as a crossover.

Works good. I like :D

Great idea, but if the output routing doesn't work??

Works realy fine.

yeah the routing is messed. As far as a crossover it would do the job if the routing was on.

routing issues. not bad besides that but routing is important for any multiple-out vst
