AnyText is a vst instrument plug-in that produces no sound but allows writing text comments, saving them and loading them back.
Whenever you need textual comments (only english supported), you can simply drop this dude into your project and you're done.
It has 6 text pages support, so you can also divide your comments into pages.

Wondering if you can make this work as a Help File of sorts, just like in Cakewalk where it pops out every now and then. and since Reaper doesn't have a way to consolidate the help files of your plugins, having such information is nifty if it can be loaded Globally and not just per project.

Note for all magix users: SAVE YOUR PROJECT!
Well said. That thing just crashes all of a sudden
The text is nice, but where and how do you use it?
You load it as an VST instrument and just write inside whatever you want and save it as a preset. It will be saved to the project.
In other words, it's like a sticky note, isn't it?Somehow I understand. Thank you
Yes. It can be called sticky note. It also got 6 pages which you can fill with your text content and some basic text preferences in the menu.

Can I give you a more detailed description?
Though you did a great job. This really shouldn't need any description at all.
Is there a VST that you could display lyrics in the right place in the music?
Maybe it could be possible to active this "sticky-note"-plugin in the right moment of a song with a clever automation-curve (e.g. on/off at an exact timemark). The success of this idea also depends on the kind of you DAW...
