Brigade Delay simulates the functionality and sound of classic analog delays.
It is written in native C++ code for high performance and extremely low CPU consumption.

- Authentic simulation of a Bucket Brigade Device (BBD) delay line.
- No "crackling" or "dropouts" when changing the delay time.
- LFO modulation for Flanger, Chorus, or other modulation effects.
- Double precision audio processing.
- Quality control to send your hi-fi signals to hell.
- Tempo sync

60000/bpm - 60000/130=461msec.

I thought this was ok but it turns out it's one of those plugins that doesn't save your settings when you re-open your mix (at least with my DAW) anyway. Sounds a lot like my behringer analog delay anyway so seems like decent modelling.

This would be one of my go-tos if it had tempo sync. Yes, you can calculate delay time using BPM, but other similar analog style delays have tempo sync
To this creator: please make sync mode on buttton.
Just set it to 400ms and get back to work! :)

Awesome BBD. - Also, 240,000 divided by tempo, then divided by beats per bar, equals sync'd delay.

A great delay, no doubt. I have to agree with msea, it would be even better with double delay time range and sync with host options though. Hopefully in future updates.

Cool BBD style delay, nice and simple but loads of great effects if you mess with the controls.

Reminds me of playing around with my loco box analog delay AND my Ibanez DM1000... without the extra noise! Can get some nice subtle fx... I only wish the delay time range was doubled and that it could sync with the host.... however... beggars can't be choosers... so 5 stars! :)

There are so many soft delays, but most of them have too many useless features. This is my new favourite delay, because of the authentic basic- features and because of the real virtual- analog sound. It makes such a lot of fun to tweak it: It's really possible to turn the knobs (or to automate it inside the DAW) without glitches for classic dubstyle- effects. Thanx to the developer !

Not bad, but it would better with more preset :)

Nice delay, basically it reminds me of my old 80ies Ibanez analog delay, but with more sonic options. I find the quality control useful, the negative feedback also is an interesting thing.
