I enjoy the GTG synths. They have a nice smooth sound and some good bread-and-butter presets. They also layer well with other synths.

Ich höre hier eher Juno als Jupiter. Schöne Pads. Sehr brauchbar. (I hear more Juno than Jupiter. Beautiful Pads. Very useful.)

Looks like my JP6 did. Does not sound like it. I have yet to hear A VST that does. The GTG 44 S is a much better synth, but does not look as great.

Nice sounds and having little basis for comparison other than the aging TalUno60, it works very well as a plug-in in its own right, despite the obvious link to the JP pedigree.

I like it.. So what if it's not a jupiter? It sounds nice and fat on my Sonar Producer.

Crap...if you want good Jupiter emulation, buy from Arturia. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. In this case you get nothing. There are, however, other good free vsti's worth to download. Shop around!
A lot of these CTG synths don't seem to work with Ableton Live,or Vista (can't tell which),so I can't really tell you how it sounds.
I must agree. Out of six gtg synths I have downloaded only two GTG K1 and WS2 wil run on my version of Vista with a Creative Labs XFI soundcard and Dual core 2.1 ghz processor. A pity as the ones that do run are really very good.
