Drum Boxx Synth is a drum synthesizer that is designed to create thousands of unique synthetic drum sounds for sampling and production.
Drum Boxx has 12 individual signal channels. Each signal channel contains an individual drum synthesizer that can be routed into 3 individual stereo outputs. Output 1 is a direct output channel with no effects. Output 2 is sent through our specialized tempo synced delay effect. Output 3 is sent through our specialized chorus/flanger effect.
Each of the 12 individual drum synthesizers can be tweaked, pitched, filtered, equalized, and distorted independently from each other and saved as part of a kit. Moreover, you can independently add noise, distortion and add velocity controls to each drum synthesizer making the sonic palette available with Drum Boxx extremely vast.

Love this Drum Synth for making 90s style Bouncy Hardcore Techno Kicks. You can get them so punchy too even after squaring it off with distortion. Quality
Isn't this the same as DSK SynthDrums?

This thing makes some seriously crispy and powerful sounds. It seems capable of doing sounds between poppy, thin dance drum machines and fat, powerful 80s analog drum synths. For a freeware synth it's pretty powerful and versatile. Pair it with a couple Variety of Sound plugins for great effect.

Has not been updated for a while so can be buggy. Great for creating new samples to expand your sound library.

Good plugin, but crashes in Ableton.
Scenario: 1) press [load], to load patch; 2) select other preset via dropdown list; 3) repeat 1,2 until crash (2-3 times).

Very good to create custom sounds!

Using this with Ableton Live. Its like a poor man's Waldorf Attack! Can get some serious 808 style kicks out of this thing. One of the easiest and best sounding freeware drum synths to get your head around.
How does it work? It doesn't have a play button and I cant figure out how to make it work, there is no manual :(
Not a drum machine but a drum synth, hit your midi keyboard and make your own beats...
Crashes Reaper when querying VST. Can't say if it's problem in my rig or in this VST.
